The examination from Academic Year 2018 – 19 and on wards would be conducted as per the re modelled assessment structure explained below for grade V to VIII.
A. Scholastic Area
There will be 2 Terms carrying 100 markseach, which will include the following:
(a) Periodic Assessments, (b) 1 Half Yearly Examination, (c) 1 Annual Examination .
(i) First Term (June- September): Periodic Assessment 1 + Half Yearly Examination
(ii) Second Term (October- April): Periodic Assessment 2 + Annual Examination

B.Co Scholastic Area:
(1)Following Areas will be graded:-
Work Education (Social, Economic & Welfare activities), Art , Health & Physical Education, GK, Aptitude, Dance/ Music/Theatre , Discipline (Attendance, Sincerity, Behaviour, Values, Tidiness, Respectfulness for rules & regulations, Attitude towards society, nation & others).

|Work Education||Work Education is a distinct curricular area for students for participation in Social, Economic and Welfare activities. Student gets a sense of community service and develops self – reliance.|

|Health & Physical Education
(Sports / Martial Arts / Yoga / NCC etc.)
